levels of Omega-3: Our beef was tested by a leading USA
food science laboratory. The results found the Omega-3 levels
to be about 442% the published USDA 85% lean beef values.
Our Omega-6 to Omega-3 value is a healthy 2:1.
High
in Minerals and Vitamins: Test data shows that our beef
has 400% the amount of calcium, 171% the amount of iron, and
230% the amount of Riboflavin (B2), and greater B-vitamin
levels than that of published USDA 85% lean beef values.
