volcanic Umnak Island. They have NEVER been exposed to any
processed feed, hormones, or inoculations. These animals
are isolated from the health concerns of the major continents.

Tasting: This beef tastes excellent without the “game-taste”
sometimes associated with grass-fed beef. During the summer,
the island’s blue green flowering vegetation and the ocean
kelp during winter months creates a completely natural “Beef”
taste.

ALL Steak: We use all the best steak and roast meat
in our ground beef including the ribeye, shortloin, chuck,
round, clod, briskets, and striploin.
- Omega-3
PLUS!: Testing by a leading USA Food Science Laboratory
shows our beef to have more than six times the Omega-3 of
typical 95% lean beef. The ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 is
a healthy 2:1. In addition, our beef has nearly seven times
the amount of calcium, 1.5 times the amount of iron, twice
the amount of unsaturated fats compared with typical 95%
lean beef.*
